Vacant Storefront Program

The City of Gardner was selected by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to participate in this program, aimed to encourage small businesses to locate in the vacant storefronts within one of our two Vacant Storefront Districts. Interested businesses or individuals may apply to the Economic Assistance Coordinating Council (EACC), with the support of the Department of Community Development & Planning, for refundable Economic Development Incentive Program (EDIP) tax credits for both leasing and occupying a vacant storefront within one of the City of Gardner's two Vacant Storefront Districts.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
