Sign Program

Projects for this program may have up to 100% of the cost covered for signs of $2,500 or less. Any grant awarded for a sign project may not exceed the total of $2,500. Awnings with the business' name may also apply for this program, but the eligibility for these projects is determined on a case-by-case basis. 

All sign projects must be in compliance with the City of Gardner's Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and/or regulations. Any permits, licenses, and variances that may be required for a sign project may be acquired through the City of Gardner's Building Department. 

Funding for the City of Gardner's Sign Grant Program is provided to the business owner as a reimbursement after the sign is affixed to the building and fully paid for.
