[ARCHIVED] Return-to-School Questionnaire for Families

As you may have heard, the Commissioner of Education made the decision to gradually require schools to return to full-time in-person instruction, while keeping a fully remote option open to all families. While schedules are currently being organized within schools, we can confirm that our in-school program will change from a hybrid schedule to five days per week of in-person learning for grades K-12. There are a few more school-specific details in the body of the survey, and in an email sent from your child's principal.

The district is asking that you fill out the following survey as we navigate the details of this return. We understand that the decision to return to full in-person instruction may be difficult for some families, so please carefully weigh the options before responding to the survey. Please respond by Wednesday, March 17th.
