Vacation-

February vacation is scheduled for next week. We hope you are able to get some time away from the computer screen, spend time together and do something you enjoy.  Gardner Public Schools has a travel policy in place to ensure the safety of all of our staff and students.  If you are planning to travel out of state next week, please review the policy linked below  and contact our school nurse Ms. Downey for guidance around when your student will be allowed to return to in-person learning. If your student does travel out of state, he or she will still be able to attend classes remotely upon return and will not lose out on any instruction time.

GPS COVID-19-TRAVEL PROTOCOL

Upon return from vacation, students will be starting a new rotation of Unified Arts classes.  Students should check their emails and look for a welcome note from the teacher of their newly assigned class which will contain the information needed to join the class.

During the winter months our busses may be delayed in picking up or dropping off students due to the road conditions or mechanical issues. Please use the “Here Comes the Bus” app posted below so you can receive the most up-to-date information available regarding the pick-up and drop-off times for your student. Using this app will also allow you to decrease the amount of time your student needs to wait outside, in the cold, for the bus.  In order to use this app you must register with the SASID number assigned to your student.  The directions for finding this number are also linked below:
