NewVue Communities is offering First-Time Homebuyer Education Classes on April 23, 24 & 25; 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Mount Wachusett Community College, 444 Green St., Room 201. Call 888-978-6261 to register or on line below. The fee for the class is $50.00 which includes a course book and all program handouts as well as a certificate of completion. During the 3 sessions you will have the opportunity to learn about the process from a team of staff and guest speakers including a lender, realtor, attorney, and home inspector.
Classes are MassHousing, CHAPA and HUD approved.
Participants MUST attend all THREE CLASSES in order to receive their certificate.
