In November the Book Group will be reading Truevine: Two Brothers, a Kidnapping, and a Mother's Quest by Beth Macy. Truevine tells the true story of George and Willie Muse, two albino African-American brothers who were kidnapped and displayed as circus freaks, and whose mother endured a twenty-eight-year struggle to get them back.
