COVID testing is NO LONGER available at our Gardner Community Health Center location:
175 Connors St., Gardner, MA.
CHC COVID testing is reserved for people with symptoms or exposure.
If you are seeking a COVID test for your traveling needs, please go to your local urgent care center or hospital.
If you are unable to walk, you will be directed by a staff member for drive-up testing.
Please bring your photo ID and your insurance card.
